How do I become a true Adventure Librarian?
- Visit all 8 Little Lost Libraries around town! The libraries contain all sorts of things: toys, zines, art, and more - in some, you can even make something.
- The libraries are accessible October 1 - 14, 2026, at the locations and opening times listed on the back.
- Pick up an Adventure Librarian Passport at any of the libraries or in the Little Lost Art Festival Hub, 41 Cameron Street Mall, and start collecting clues!
- There are whispers about a hidden 9th library... Every library has a hidden clue hidden - check drawers, sides or back of the library and you will find it. Note the clue down next to the correct number to the left.
- Complete your Adventure Librarian passport by finding all the clues, and a secret location to the 9th library will be revealed - the Library of Hidden Treasures.
Please follow the Library Lore!
- The libraries are about appreciating small things, slowing down, taking your time to explore the town and the creations - and of course about having fun and a sense of adventure!
- Please explore gently and treat the library and its contents as you would treat your own things.
- Take what calls to you and become this item’s new guardian. Leave something for the next person to discover.
- You can also bring and stock the library with your own items if they fit the theme.
- Please write, colour, share, print, make and create - get active and creative! Use this time as a creative break from your day.
